Fan Mail! I love it …

I remember the first letter I ever got from one of my readers. It was so dang exciting. It was on lined notebook paper, scrawled out in pencil. It was about my first book, So I’m a Double Threat, and when I read it, I thought it really didn’t matter how many more people read my book. I fulfilled my goal. At least one person read it, and at least one person liked it. Good enough for me. Little did I know at the time that a lot more people would actually read it, and the books that came after. Some are still waiting patiently–and impatiently–for the last part of the series to come out. I’m working on it, I promise.
Katie wrote, “The drama, the boys and the backstabbing. You really know your stuff about high school. It was awesome because I know that probably half of high school girls have been in Megan’s shoes. I could relate SOO much to her. When the book was over, I was kinda sad that I finished it. But I can’t wait for the next one! I really want Alex to be in the sequel. He’s the typical heartthrob hottie all girls would die to have.” Oh Alex, how I wish I had a heartthrob hottie like you when I was in high school. Somewhere, for someone, he exists. ::dreamy sigh::
Since then, I have received many emails, comments, texts, reviews, and Tweets. And I truly appreciate each and every one. :-)
Just the other day, I woke up to a message on Facebook that made my day. I was so excited that I asked if I could post it here. Thankfully, Olga agreed. (Olga, you rock! Thanks!)

I’m so thrilled people are reading my adult romances as well. Against The Wall was so much fun to write. A review on Amazon said, “You must have a sense of humor to read this.” So true. It’s a little out there with the fast paced banter between the two women, who both have potty mouths.
I’ve been getting good feedback on More Than A Friend Request too. Really, I love this one. It’s a short story, so it’s not bogged down with a ton of drama. The HEA comes fairly quickly because … well, because it’s a short story. One reviewer said it was a little cheesy at times, but she likes cheese. That’s okay. I like cheese too. Haha.
Anyway, thank you so much to my readers. Keep the comments, emails, Tweets, and reviews coming. I enjoy reading them and always write back.
Overflowing with gratitude,
Julie
